[REVIEW] Maybelline Fit Me Matte + Poreless in Shade 220

Saturday, December 9, 2017

Hi, beauties!

In today's post, I'm going to talk about Maybelline Fit Me Matte and Poreless foundation in the shade 220 Natural Beige. I know I'm 'a bit' late to try this out guys, but, it's better than never, right?! Cause you gotta feed your curiosity!

Anyway, first of all, let's take a look on the packaging.

The first thing that popped in my mind when I first saw this foundation is; OH NO. That was literally my first impression because for me, tube foundation is the worst. I'm the kind of person who have a REALLY bad self-control, which would make this foundation is a bit useless to me because I will definitely spill it out. I really hope they will change the packaging in the future to make my life easier!

However, despite of the packaging, I think this foundation is very affordable, especially knowing that the content is 30ml. I purchased mine Here, for a price of $7.99, and I think you may get it cheaper somewhere else because you can find this foundation almost everywhere, in the drugstore, in the supermarket, and in the cosmetic shop.

Hello, everyone!

I hope your enjoying your Tuesday today! I am now going to share you my current campus makeup look for summer!

A little disclaimer right here, I will not do that summer glowy and bronzey makeup look. Instead, I will do a very natural and happy makeup look that will last all day long using the currently viral makeup technique called 'Jamsu.'

As some of you may heard, 'Jamsu' is a makeup technique that was invented by the Koreans (well, we all know the drill now. The K-beauty industry is the leading beauty trend nowadays!) This technique was also intended for oily skin types, mainly because it will help you to achieve that flawless matte makeup look! So, you won't be bothered again with the fear of having your makeup melted down on your face before even you meet the sun outside.

According to The Klog,

"What Is “Jamsu?”
“Jamsu,” which roughly translates to “submerge,” consists of basically patting handfuls of baby powder on your face after you put on your primer, foundation, and concealer. Then you plunge your entire face into a sink or bowl filled with cool water for 15 to 30 seconds. After that, you pat dry with a towel and finish the rest of your makeup. The result is perfectly matte skin that lasts all day."

Begin Again

Hello, everyone!

It's been 2 months since I wrote in here. There's so much that I want to tell, but probably can't put it into the right words because I have been feeling like I wasn't me.. or maybe, just maybe, it all happens too fast that I barely even feel like myself.

First of all, I can't believe that this summer quarter marks exactly one year of my presence here in the United States! I mean, was it even that fast? I was only a high schooler before I came here, I couldn't cook by myself, I am not used to do my own laundry, and I almost never clean my own room (what an irony). But, when I look at myself right now, and then I looked back at myself one year ago.. I. am. literally. shook. I can't even believe how much things have changed since then. Probably, I would say that I am proud of myself for surviving one year of being here, so that I know I would do better the following year. And even though now we are in the middle of 2017, I just realized that 2016 was one hell of a year for me!

[REVIEW] Holika Holika Petit Jelly BB Cream in Natural Beige

Saturday, June 10, 2017

Hello, everyone!

On today's post, I'm going to share my thoughts about Holika Holika Petit Jelly BB Cream in Natural Beige. I decided to give this one a try because I have been so in love with Korean beauty products! I now have my own sheet mask routine per week, and I also have been doing the 10 steps Korean skincare routine! I know it sounds crazy, well actually it is because I have to spend about 15 minutes in the bathroom every time I was doing my skincare. But, you gotta do what you gotta do, right?!
And considering that I haven't tried any of Korean make up brand, so I chose to try this one because I've seen many good reviews about this product.

[REVIEW] Benetint by Benefit

Sunday, February 12, 2017

Hello, gorgeous!

In today's posting I'm gonna share my thoughts about Benetint cheek and lip stain by Benefit. I know, and we all know that Benetint was such a hit when it was released. Everyone was going crazy for it, even some people might still do now.. and the other might change their directions into Korean lip tint. The thing is, we all love lip tint!

I was first introduced with Benetint in 2014 (Yeah, that was almost 3 years ago. I get it. This review was supposed to be posted a long time ago.) And I was crazy for it when I first used it, just like everybody else. However, as the time went by, I wasn't really into it anymore. I don't use it too often just like what I used to do before. And honestly, I have no idea why. Maybe I wasn't into lip tint anymore.. or maybe because lip tint wasn't really fit for me again. In-between guys, in-between.

Kenapa aku memilih untuk sekolah diluar negri?

Saturday, February 4, 2017

Halo, semuanya!

Pertama, aku mau cerita dulu tentang my personal background kenapa aku mau sekolah diluar negri. Kenapa? Karena aku sudah terbiasa berbahasa Inggris, semua pelajaranku memakai bahasa Inggris, aku harus berbicara dalam bahasa Inggris di sekolah at all times, dan guru-guru ku juga dari luar negri. So, menurutku bahasa nggak akan jadi barrierku nanti kalau aku keluar negri.
